1. What is my Username?

Your User name will be your candidate ID. This is a unique ID that's mentioned in the offer letter that was sent to you.

2. What is my password?

Your password for your first login will be your date of birth which will be in the DD-Mmm-YY format (e.g., 10-Apr-85 or 8-Apr-85). If you opt to change your password then for subsequent login use the new password.

3. My password is not working. What should I do?

Set your CAPS LOCK key correctly. Passwords are case sensitive (meaning that "PASS," "PaSs," and "pass" are not equivalent), so keep this in mind when entering/changing your password. Please check your username.

4. How do I change my password?

A prompt will appear when you login the first time. It is advisable you change your password. In case you want to change password later you can do so by clicking the "Change Password" option on the home page.

The password should be minimum 6 and maximum 12 characters long.

5. What if I have forgotten my password?

Please click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your User name. Your password will be e-mailed to you.
