The CC team conducted the 18th Faculty Enablement
Program (FEP) at Infosys’ Bhubaneswar campus, from 17-29 June 2007. This was
the 3rd FEP in Bhubaneswar, with more than 50 participants from nearly 30
engineering colleges. The participating colleges were from the states of
Orissa, West Bengal, Rajasthan and Karnataka. The expected outcome of the event
is a well-defined FP roll-out plan and faculty exposure to Infosys’ way of
professional training and sharing industry best practices.

The sessions were handled efficiently by Subject
Matter Experts from various IBUs with experience sharing on areas such as:
Introduction to the Infosys Network, Software Development Life Cycle-Live
Project Demos, Project Management and Tools-Approach and Processes, SQL
Optimization, Client Server Issues, Cost Estimation in Projects, Use of
Databases in a Typical Project etc.
The team received overwhelming feedback from the
participants, who appreciated the effectiveness of the program.
