Greetings from Infosys- Chennai DC!
Campus Connect organized Regional Meet at Chennai DC on Friday, January 9, 2009. The theme of Regional meet was Greater Effectiveness And Results (GEAR).
The objective of Regional meet was to (1) Recognize the Partner Colleges achieving roll-out excellence, (2) Recognize Infoscions who made significant contribution towards Campus Connect program, (3)Share college performance data, Best Practices, New View points, and (4)Share roadmap of Campus Connect
68 Delegates from 44 Engineering Colleges attached to Chennai DC, Mysore DC, and nominated by Human Resource department, participated in the event.
Highlights of the event:
1. Inauguration and Context Setting for the Regional Meet by Thothathri Visvanathan, DC Head.
2. Sharing of ‘Campus Connect Program Status’, by Mukundh Nagarajan.
3. 'Felicitation of Infoscions who contributed towards the Campus Connect Program', and 'Felicitation of the colleges for their contribution towards the Campus Connect program', by Thothathri, DC Head.
4. Session on ‘Expectations from Fresh Entrants - A Recruitment Perspective’, by Arun Kumar, HR.
5. R.N. Prasad, AVP, E&R joined through Video Conferencing to share the ‘Road Ahead’ for 2009.
6. Session by Abhishek Paul, ILI on ‘Soft Skills Deployment’.
7. ‘Brainstorming on Effectiveness’ was facilitated by the Campus Connect Team
The event received good response from the participants.
